In The Scene Limousine is an Arizona based LLC both minority and woman owned formed by Rachel Ricks and James Romero III who have since fallen in love and are partners in the business and life. They live in Phoenix with Rachel's 7 year old daughter Amanda. Rachel and James have a passion for growing the limousine and chauffeured transportation business and hope to have the largest limousine business in the Phoenix area by 2010 with the most satisfied clients and employees.
